This notice explains how we handle your information when you join the Kale Your Day waitlist. The waitlist is operated by Danil Razzhivin ("we," "us").
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to notify you about the launch of Kale Your Day and early access, and to send occasional updates about our progress. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it for any purpose other than running the waitlist.
Who processes it
Your email is stored and sent using Clerk, which processes it on our behalf to manage the waitlist and deliver our emails. Joining the waitlist is a direct API call to Clerk — we do not set any cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers on the signup page.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe, until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist after launch — whichever comes first. After that, we delete it.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send. Request deletion or a copy of your data by emailing contact@kaleyourday.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to its use. Contact us to exercise them.
Changes
We may update this notice — for example, when we launch the full service and publish a complete privacy policy. We will post the updated version with a new date.
